Azeez is a Director at TESB Management Consultants. He has over 26 years experience in Management Positions with responsibility for strategic business development, operational excellence and sustainability, the role he is currently assuming at TESB. Prior to appointment as a Director at TESB, Azeez was the Managing Director of Ascension Consulting Services. He has acquired proven practical experience over the years in providing sustainable business solutions to numerous clients. Azeez was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Saffron Professional Services prior to leading Ascension. Before then, he was a Partner in Ernst & Young for 2 years having worked at Deloitte for same period previously. He was in PricewaterhouseCoopers for over 11 years before joining Deloitte. Azeez is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN). Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and a Chartered Tax Practitioner, Fellow of the Nigeria Institute of Management (FNIM). Fellow of The Institute of Management Consultants IMC- Nigeria, Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria (ISMN). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK)(CIArb). He holds Bachelor Degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Bradford, United Kingdom and Higher National Diploma (HND) (Unique Distinction) in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic. He was a member of the Technical Advisory team on the Petroleum Industry Bill Matters to the 8^th National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Azeez is an opinion leader, a paper presenter both at home and abroad, an advocate of regulatory compliance and friendly business environment.
