Ademola has close to two decades of solid professional experience covering finance, accounting and tax management and services. He has wide sectoral and industry experience, having previously worked with major multinationals on several projects; managing and providing advice on strategic business issues.

He is a paper presenter for professional bodies and has attended various workshops, conferences and seminars at both local and International levels on providing sustainable business solutions, financial risk and tax management among others. He is currently the Managing Partner, Ascension Consulting Services.

He started his career at Ernst & Young, where he spent 7 years, building a solid foundation in the world of consulting and professional services. He later moved to Saffron Professional Services for about 3 years as a Manager before joining Business Connexion as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with responsibilities for the Company’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and reporting among others.

Ademola is a fellow of both The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), CertIFR(ACCA-UK). He holds BSc. degree in Economics and MBA (Finance) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School and Strathmore Business School, Nairobi, Kenya.
